New Black Patent Madrids from Birkenstock

I recently saw this pair of Black Patent Madrid Birkenstocks online and decided to post it here.

Its nice and simple. So chic! If anyone's interested in this pair, let me know!

Currently the only sizes available are 36, 39-43 Narrow. I cant wear them, sadly. They cost around SGD69 if you're keen.

Just for your info:

The total cost of shipping + gst is around SGD80.

It took around 6 days for airmail.

But the seller takes averagely 3-4days to reply.

Cos Im actually SUPPOSED to mail them to you and you bear the costs -- but because I know you want to save money, so I'll try my best to work out some convenient time and place for me to carry all your bags to pass it to you....

Anyway... generally, the bags are all very well packed and not damaged in any way.

However, the workmanship is nothing to rave about and larger and chunkier bags tend to be a little on the heavy side. Some of the bags are good (esp the green one i bought last time) and are of versatile usage.

Just a casual reminder: You get what you pay for!

There were a few people who wanted to order this bag, but it was unavailable in 2 out of 3 colours. This bag however, does look nice -- like the picture. But is quite heavy on its own. (right side of the above picture shows) Quality is not very good but if you don't mind things like the edge of the cut isn't painted, the inner material is not very symmetrical.... then i guess this would be a steal for you.

I can imagine it to be selling for at least $36 at bugis?

This bag costs $22.50 inclusive of the shipping and taxes.

This bag here was one of the nicer looking bags among the lot. $14.95.

Also another one, which arrived in white - looked above average and quite classy. (in the plastic bag) This ones $29.

Hey babes of Bag Shopping 1 !! This was supposed to be your parcel !! BUT.....
It isnt !! Apparently there was a mixup and somebody'e parcel landed here and mine's somewhere still out there. What a way to grace our first spree! So anyway, please do allow up to end of the week for it to arrive! Early yea?

Buying Details:

Conversion is 1SGD - 20NT (divide price by 20)

1. Upon emailing me of your CONFIRMED orders. No changes are allowed.

2. In the bulk order are some bags which are under “yu gou” (= preorder)

3. They take 15-20days instead of immediate availability

4. So, to expedite, I will be selecting the Air shipment which takes 5-8days (By sea = 1mth or more)

5. So the estimated duration for the whole order is 28days / 4wks / 1 mth

6. The shipping fee is shared among all & is calculated by weight of shipment

7. I will fix it at $5 PER BAG – not per order.

8. Upon ordering, the seller will indicate if there are out of stock items

Baby Bibs

I've had some friends who have been looking for presents for newborns and toddlers. So I thought these might be really nice especially if your friends are cool parents. Haha.


They're normal 100% cotton bibs printed with the famous "I Love xx" stuff. I guess its really fun if you take your kid out and then snap this on that says "I love girls" and its a baby boy.. haha.

Of course if you've been sick of the I love xx looks and want something subtle, there's this.. I'd really get the red one for my nephew, cos it looks just like a prefect's tie. HAHA

This one i think is the funniest and its not really uber cute but its just so cheeky. Cant help but want to see every feeding baby wear it. HAHA

I would like to inform you that the orders sent to the Taiwan side, have NOT YET been processed.





This is due to a large number of international orders they have received, and possibly because I am a first time orderer. (if there is such a term)





They have promised to get back to me before the weekend, and by then, I would be able to let you know the prices to pay and the availability of the items.





Do note that I am selecting Air Shipment, which is slightly costlier but would take much faster to arrive. However due to the selected pre-order items, the entire shipment has to wait for the pre-order items (15 - 20days) to be ready, before sending it for shipment.

My Green Bag Has Arrived !!! :)

This is the bag I bought a few weeks back, from the Taiwan online shop. It took about 3 weeks only but she didnt order those pre-order items (i think. she wasnt very clear on emails). It came in 1 flat pack totally squashed. Its okay though, see! I revived it.

On site, it said it couldn't fit A4 but from my rough estimate of the model carrying it - it looked like A4 with ample space and i was SO RIGHT about it. The bag is pretty fat so A4 CAN go in, despite what it says about the sizing. So thats just a tip for all you BAGLOVERS.. The quality wise isn't anything to rant and rave, the normal Bugis-type of bags you see going at ard $30. Its about the same as a mustard bag I bought from there at $32. The material is soft and very light. Generally, I would say that I got what I paid for.

Those who think its nice, THANKS! but MY green bag isnt available online anymore cos they wrote that the factory has no more green fabric!

YAY! haha

An update on the Bags Shopping 1:

I've sent the order of 16 bags cos there will be some that are unavailable so if the seller gets back to me, I'll update all of you (who have gotten my confirmation mail).

Those who have sent me your orders/havent sent but are going to:

You can send them to me in the format as shown on previous entries, because should there be more than 6 bags unavailable from the 1st Batch, I'd be putting yours in. In any case, the 2nd batch shouldnt be taking too long, once I've got the sufficient orders, I will also send them.

Because I need to balance the total amount of the bags to be under 400 SGD in order to avoid being taxed, so sending all your orders to me for balancing is a wise idea you BAGLOVER can adopt yea!

Oh please do note that for International Shipping, the seller does not accept refunds or exchange. In the event of a missing piece, they will only send it in the next order.
